NetCom Learning is looking for a results-driven Learning Consultant to manage end-to-end sales of our corporate training solutions. This is a high-impact, performance-oriented role focused on driving revenue through enterprise B2B and B2G accounts.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders within large organisations. This role offers direct ownership of assigned accounts and revenue targets in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
Sales & Revenue Ownership
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Drive consistent revenue generation by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
  • Sell NetCom Learning’s training and upskilling solutions to enterprise B2B and B2G clients
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and position solutions aligned with client business goals
  • Engage with CXOs, HR leaders, L&D heads, and procurement stakeholders
Account Management & Growth
  • Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
Collaboration & Execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, leadership) for seamless deal execution
  • Ensure high client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
Pipeline & Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasting, and CRM updates
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize sales approach accordingly
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven experience managing the full sales lifecycle
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience of selling to enterprise-level customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
  • Ability to work onsite in New York
