About NayaOne

NayaOne accelerates innovation for leading financial institutions and enterprises in the US, Canada, and the UK by streamlining Proof of Concepts (PoCs), third party tech evaluations, and access to synthetic data - all within a secure, cloud agnostic digital sandbox.

Our Sandbox-as-a-Service platform enables enterprises to explore, innovate, and integrate rapidly, all within defined risk limits and with built-in security and governance controls.

We enable large scale banks and insurance carriers to accelerate innovation by providing them access to cutting-edge fintechs, insurtechs, datasets, and developer tools in a unified, secure, integrated SaaS platform. The platform streamlines vendor evaluations and de-risks decisions with real-world testing environments.

Our Mission

NayaOne's mission is to accelerate enterprise growth by making technology adoption faster, safer, and more scalable. Through our secure Sandbox-as-a-Service, we empower financial institutions to test, validate, and deploy emerging technologies with ease.

We help enterprises simplify vendor collaboration, reduce time-to-value, and drive innovation – building a more agile, inclusive, and future-ready financial ecosystem.

But we're more than just a platform — we're a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and bold thinking. At NayaOne, we combine the energy of a start-up with the credibility of a trusted partner to the world's largest financial institutions. We believe in moving fast, learning constantly, and empowering our people to take ownership. Every team member has the opportunity to make an impact, shape the company's future, and contribute to transforming financial services at scale.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive (AE) to expand NayaOne's footprint in the U.S. insurance sector, with a focus on large Property & Casualty and Life insurance carriers.

This Account Executive role is focused on developing new accounts with top 30 P&C and Life insurance carriers (Progressive, Allstate, Hartford, MetLife, etc.), engaging senior executives, and driving adoption of NayaOne's platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our U.S. insurance presence and accelerating digital transformation for some of the world's most established insurance institutions.

This is a greenfield territory with massive opportunity - we know the messaging works, we need bandwidth to pursue the market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities within large insurance carriers.

Develop trusted relationships with C-level (CTOs, CIO, CDAO) and senior executives (EVP, SVP) in target accounts across Innovation, Technology, Risk, and Operations functions.

Organize and meet with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers both online and in-person.

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, solution-selling, negotiating, and implementation hand-offs to our account management teams.

Maintain 3x pipeline coverage ratio ($6M+ pipeline for $2M quota) through disciplined and KPI-driven prospecting

Navigate complex procurement, legal review, risk committees, and security reviews typical of 6-9 month enterprise sales cycles.

Drive deals to close without requiring formal POCs when possible (POCs can add 3-12 months to deal cycles).

Drive and leverage account-based campaigns and events.

Partner with product and solutions teams to ensure client needs are mapped to NayaOne's platform capabilities.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new logo acquisition and revenue growth.

Provide accurate forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene

Represent NayaOne at industry events, conferences, and client meetings at conferences such as Money 20/20, InsurTech Connect, Google Cloud Next, AWS re:Invent and segment-specific events that focus on topics such as digital insurance innovation, claims modernization, and AI adoption.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of managing and converting complex, high-value deals.

  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS to Financial Institutions (banks OR insurance carriers).

  • Ideally, prior experience working at a top-tier bank or insurance carrier, with a strong understanding of enterprise decision-making and buying processes

  • Deep understanding of the insurance sector, including digital transformation priorities, artificial intelligence strategies, organizational behavior and innovation and change management strategies.

  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build executive-level relationships.

  • Strong communication, writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability and drive to exceed goals.

  • Comfortable operating at a high level without extensive support infrastructure associated with larger brand

This is a remote role with 30-35% travel on average for client and prospect meetings, conferences, and industry events (with some peaks associated with the seasonality of buying cycles and industry events)

Key Competencies

  • Continuous Learning (Sales & Tech). Actively consumes sales/tech content and applies learnings to daily work.

  • Enterprise Organizational Acumen. Navigates complex financial institutions, understands buying processes and stakeholder dynamics.

  • High EQ. Builds authentic relationships across diverse personalities with genuine empathy and self-awareness.

  • Pipeline Ownership & Accountability. Takes full ownership of pipeline goals through disciplined, self-generated prospecting activity.

Metrics of Success

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas ($1.5-2M annually)

  • Ramp to full productivity within 60-90 days (prospecting independently, running calls with technical resources, building qualified pipeline)

  • Post-ramp: establish land relationships with multiple tier-1 carriers and maintain 3x+ pipeline coverage

  • Pipeline generation and deal progression velocity (stage velocity tracking)

  • Multi-stakeholder engagement at senior levels - New logo acquisition and contribution to NayaOne's brand visibility in insurance sector

Our Culture at NayaOne

The right candidate will not only have the skills to succeed in enterprise sales but will also embody the traits of resilience, adaptability, and creativity that define NayaOne's culture.
