The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full sales cycle for a new business line, winning senior-level buyers and building the early customer base. You will also help shape the sales processes and materials the team uses as it grows.
What you'll do
- Engage and sell to C-suite, VP and Director level buyers in a specialized market.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation and expansion.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events across the US.
- Relay customer needs and feedback to product teams.
- Develop playbooks, processes and sales scripts to support the next stage of growth.
- Help recruit strong new sales talent.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota, with a minimum annual quota of $1.2m.
- Experience at an early-stage company with limited sales infrastructure.
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving multi-threading and procurement.
- Full-cycle outbound enterprise sales experience, with 70%+ of pipeline self-sourced.
- Confidence presenting technology solutions to senior executive buyers.
- A positive, direct and proactive communication style, with no need for hand-holding.
- Comfortable travelling roughly 35-40% of the time for conferences and client visits.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City, working in the office 4 days a week.
Bonus points
- Prior experience selling software into the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with selling into clinical or administrative systems environments.
- Background as a top-performing SDR.
