As an Enterprise Solutions ConsultantAccount Manager, you’ll own strategic relationships with Solv’s top urgent care and health system partners, delivering tailored product solutions and driving business growth. This hybrid role combines the consultative expertise of a solutions consultant with the commercial acumen of an account manager.
You’ll be the primary owner of revenue growth and retention, product adoption, and long-term strategy across a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. By working cross-functionally with technical project managers, product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, you’ll shape strategic roadmaps, deliver on partner goals, and drive mutual success for Solv and our partners.

Strategic Account Ownership- Own a book of business consisting of Solv’s top enterprise accounts
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across healthcare organizations
- Lead the strategy for account health and growth, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal initiatives
- Design and deliver tailored product roadmaps aligned to customer business goals
Solution Consultation & Product Adoption
- Serve as the primary product and technical consultant for your partners supporting ongoing data and insight needs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver scalable, innovative solutions and ensure your customers are using Solv tools in the most impactful ways
- Drive revenue expansion through value-based consultative selling
- Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and identify whitespace opportunities
- Ensure effective communication across stakeholders — internally and externally — to ensure alignment and transparency
- Have 3+ years in a strategic account management, solutions consulting, or client success role — ideally within healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
- Are an analytical problem solver who can ideate and execute complex product solutions
- Excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments, managing shifting priorities with confidence
- Love building process where none exists, and thrive in collaborative cross-functional settings
- Are a clear communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for both partner success and revenue outcomes
- Have experience with HL7, APIs, or Agile delivery frameworks.
- Have worked with data analytics tools or know basic SQL.
- Have previously delivered product-based solutions within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Are comfortable working in technical, revenue-driving roles where you bridge product and client needs.

Salary is dependent on location and experience and is comprised of base and variable. Pay range shown is base only. On target earnings are between $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
