Supervizor is an AI-powered audit analytics platform that helps internal audit teams move from annual sampling to continuous, real-time risk monitoring. Our platform surfaces anomalies, flags potential fraud, and automates controls, across accounting and operational data, so audit teams can stop chasing transactions and start driving strategy.

THE ROLE

You'll be joining a tight-knit sales team in NYC, reporting directly to our US General Manager. On the BDR side, you'll work alongside an experienced BDR who will coach and train you from day one — forming a two-person outbound engine, both focused on generating pipeline for the same enterprise Account Executive.

Your job is top-of-funnel: identify the right accounts, reach the right people, spark the right conversations — through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. When a prospect is ready, you'll work closely with your AE to prepare and organize the best possible discovery meeting with the Heads of Internal Audit at large, complex organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts across Fortune 2000 to Fortune 50
  • Reach prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn — with a tailored, researched approach for each account
  • Turn buying intent signals (ZoomInfo web activity, triggers) into qualified conversations
  • Qualify prospects and gather the context your AE needs to run a great discovery meeting
  • Partner with your AE to prepare each handoff — so every meeting is set up to win
  • Learn from and work alongside your senior BDR counterpart to sharpen your craft and align on account strategy
  • Bring fresh ideas to messaging, channels, and targeting — your input shapes how we go to market
  • Track everything in HubSpot and iterate relentlessly on what's working

30 / 60 / 6-MONTH RAMP:

First 30 days:
You'll complete onboarding, master the Supervizor pitch and qualification methodology, and start generating your first conversations — with close support from your senior BDR and VP of Sales. You'll also fly to our Paris HQ to meet the full team.

First 60 days:
You're fully ramped on the stack and running outbound on priority enterprise accounts. You're creating real opportunities and already bringing new ideas to the table on messaging and targeting.

First 6 months:
You're hitting 100% of your monthly target, surfacing improvements to how we prospect, and ready to take the next step in your career.

CAREER PROGRESSION:

Depending on your profile and performance, you'll be eligible to transition to an Account Executive or BDR Manager role within 12 to 18 months. We invest in people who invest in themselves — and we promote from within.

SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

  • You have at least 6 months of outbound sales development experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or a high-growth environment
  • You are energized to be part of the building phase for a revenue team in a hypergrowth company
  • You have a passion for customers and a natural empathy for their needs
  • You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures
  • You exhibit creativity and tenacity in how you approach outbound prospecting — cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, social
  • You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
  • You're excited about targeting large, complex enterprise accounts and learning what it takes to win them
  • Bonus: exposure to fintech, audit, finance, or compliance verticals
