Description

Trullion is transforming the accounting world with an AI-powered platform built for accountants and auditors. Our technology automates complex financial workflows, boosts efficiency, reduces costly errors, and fosters real collaboration. Founded in 2019, Trullion is on a mission to make accounting and audit technology people truly love, driving a more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented industry. From rapid onboarding to a seamless managed service model, we deliver a customer-first experience at every step.

Headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London, we are backed by top investors, including Aleph, Third Point Ventures, Greycroft, StepStone Group, as well as leading global CFOs and accounting firms.

We're seeking an Enterprise CSM to own strategic relationships with our largest, most complex accounts — the Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs who need Trullion to be mission-critical to how they run accounting. This is a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial role: you'll run deep discovery into how large finance orgs actually operate, build the internal coalitions needed to drive adoption, and translate platform usage into the financial outcomes executives care about — audit readiness, close-cycle efficiency, time savings.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle for ~30 enterprise accounts. From onboarding through QBRs/EBRs, renewals, and expansion, with clear accountability for time-to-value and retention.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations, running structured discovery and building internal champions to drive adoption to completion, not just go-live.
  • Proactively uncover new use cases and expansion opportunities within your largest accounts as our product suite grows.
  • Run executive business reviews that speak in ROI, risk reduction, and efficiency gains — not feature adoption.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Implementation to shape roadmap based on customer feedback and ensure a seamless enterprise experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years as a client-facing CSM, Account Manager, or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company, with direct experience managing enterprise accounts (large ARR, multiple stakeholders, complex org structures).
  • Bachelor's degree required. Strong command of accounting or finance concepts; experience with lease accounting, revenue assurance, audit, or ERP-adjacent workflows is a significant plus.
  • Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business with a proven track record of driving expansion ARR.
  • Proven ability to run structured discovery and change management inside large organizations, uncovering how teams actually work today and building the coalitions needed to drive adoption to completion, not just go-live.
  • A consultative, commercially-minded approach to account growth, with demonstrated results in retention, expansion, or time-to-value (metrics, not generalities).
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 3 days per week.

Trullion's salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$160,000 OTE + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Get in touch with our recruiting team for more information.
