  • Facilitate governance processes, committee reviews, decision forums, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Drive adoption, onboarding, migration planning, change management, community engagement, and enablement programs that help teams successfully adopt UniFi.

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and business functions.
  • 7+ years of experience applying systems thinking to integrate products, processes, and operating models across complex enterprise ecosystems, aligning interdependent teams and platforms toward shared outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of modern digital product development, Agile planning practices, and enterprise delivery models.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes, manage dependencies, resolve risks, and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise Design Systems, UX Platforms, Product Platforms, or Centers of Excellence.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Storybook, design tokens, component governance, and design system adoption programs.
  • Experience leading organizational change management, platform migrations, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar planning and delivery tools.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled product delivery, design-to-code workflows, or digital transformation efforts within regulated industries.
