About the Role

 

As an Enterprise Franchise Account Manager, you will work efficiently with large franchise groups to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This person will work closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, marketing and operations teams to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.

  • Navigate multiple relationships both internal and external to build strong relationships with Uber's enterprise franchise stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Sell marketing solutions, new products and negotiate business terms.
  • Build and cultivate new relationships and potential partnerships within all parts of an organization.
  • Increase your product sense. Ability to make product experience not just good, but amazing.
  • Analyze data to provide detailed recommendations and solutions.
  • Travel for negotiations, presentations, and relationship building
  • Speediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. Be a self-starter and collaborative leader

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years of full time professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • 5+ years of full time professional experience
  • Experience in a client facing sales / performance-based role, managing goals and targets.
  • Experience with in person presentations
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with negotiations, contracting and commercial conversations
  • Previous experience working with enterprise or mid-market-sized accounts
  • Experience manipulating data to make decisions and recommendations
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally

Responsibilities

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $122,143 - USD $135,714. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $85,500 per year - USD $95,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $36,643 - USD $40,714.


For Dallas, TX-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $122,143 - USD $135,714. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $85,500 per year - USD $95,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $36,643 - USD $40,714.


For New York City, NY-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $135,714 - USD $151,429. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $95,000 per year - USD $106,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $40,714 - USD $45,429.

The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
