THE OPPORTUNITY

The Enterprise Solutions Lead role is at the forefront of our sales efforts responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to achieve company objectives and expand market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives.

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through diverse channels, ensuring sales targets are not just met but exceeded.

  • Proactively manage client accounts, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities for sustained business growth.

  • Build enduring client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Deliver impactful presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of our offerings and address client pain points effectively.

  • Utilize a consultative approach, conducting thorough needs assessments and delivering compelling solution presentations.

  • Lead negotiations to close deals promptly, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software, providing valuable insights for future strategies.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Invest in continuous professional growth through ongoing training programs.

  • Advocate for clients within the organization, contributing to product enhancements and improvements.


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Established relationships with WPP, Publicis or OMD agencies

  • Understanding of the TV advertising marketplace, including traditional linear TV, CTV, Addressable, and digital advertising

  • Familiarity with audience targeting across digital and linear addressable inventory

  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks effectively, and implement best practices for sales efficiency.

  • Commitment to staying updated on product developments, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Strong ability to champion client needs within the organization, collect insights, and contribute to product improvements.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving substantial revenue growth in previous roles

  • Consistently ranked among the top-performing sales professionals at previous organizations

  • Experience in successfully identifying, developing, and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients

  • Strong ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and account expansion

  • Skilled in consultative sales, uncovering customer needs, and positioning solutions that deliver measurable ROI for clients

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence key decision-makers across multiple stakeholders

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of healthcare data, pharma marketing, and compliance regulations

  • Experience in building and launching new products/services while simultaneously driving revenue.
