- 10+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- 7+ years of experience developing and executing enterprise technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, target-state architectures, and migration plans aligned with business objectives
- 7+ years of experience in cloud transformation, cloud migration strategies, and modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery methodologies
- Experience leading enterprise transformations within financial services, healthcare, insurance, government, or other highly regulated industries
- Utilize latest AI tools to drive automation, time to market, and manage risk, in enterprise initiatives
- Experience establishing or maturing enterprise-wide cloud operating models, platform engineering practices, and site reliability engineering (SRE) capabilities
- Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI/ML, intelligent automation, containerization, microservices, and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated success driving technology cost optimization, technical debt reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Experience implementing enterprise observability, monitoring, resiliency, and reliability engineering frameworks
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk mitigation strategies, and secure-by-design architecture practices
- Experience defining technology KPIs, transformation metrics, and executive-level reporting for large-scale modernization programs
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical strategies into business value and measurable organizational outcomes
