Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Equipment Maintenance Specialists (Level B & C) to support our Production Equipment Maintenance Team in West Jordan, Utah and Salt Lake City, Utah.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialists.

Position Responsibilities:
- Performs maintenance on factory equipment
- Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Uses and interprets advanced blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment.
- Responds to requests for equipment repair
- Maintains and manages component and replacement part inventories
- Works under limited supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
- 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
- 1+ years experience using electrical test equipment and precision measurement tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and operating PLCs
- 3+ years of experience working with Digital Volt Meters (DVM), Oscilloscopes, AC/DC Power supplies, Frequency Generators, and/or Power Meters
