The Events & Partnerships Marketer will manage partnerships, execute events, develop marketing plans, and drive attendance in NYC's cultural scene. Responsibilities include sourcing partners, community marketing, and performance tracking.
ARTECHOUSE is a pioneering home for art created through technology, producing immersive digital art exhibitions and cultural programming. We’re seeking an Events & Partnerships Marketer to help expand our NYC programming, partnerships, and audience reach.

This is an outward-facing, relationship-driven role for someone deeply plugged into NYC’s cultural, digital art, music, and events scene. You’ll own the full cycle of events and partnerships—from sourcing partners and pitching ideas to marketing, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. You’ll bring in partners, build high-energy programming that complements our exhibitions, and drive attendance and ticket sales through smart collaborations and grassroots marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Source, pitch, negotiate, and execute partnerships with artists, collectives, festivals, brands, and community organizations
- Own full-cycle execution of live events and programming, from concept to post-event evaluation
- Represent ARTECHOUSE in the community at openings, festivals, panels, and cultural events
- Develop and execute marketing plans across social, email, listings, ticketing platforms, and partner channels
- Lead grassroots, community-driven marketing efforts
- Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, influencer outreach, and partner amplification
- Track performance across attendance, ticket sales, partnerships, and sponsorship revenue
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in events marketing, partnerships, festivals, sponsorships, or experiential brands
- Strong NYC network and comfort building relationships in person
- Sales-minded, proactive, and comfortable pitching and closing partnerships
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple initiatives
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- High level of ownership and autonomy
- Direct impact on programming, revenue, and growth
