Rockstar is recruiting for a company that operates a closed-loop growth system for enterprise brands and consumer applications, specializing in organic TikTok content. The company directly manages over ten thousand accounts and delivers hundreds of millions of monthly impressions — organic reach at a fraction of the cost of paid social. With a lean structure and a focus on precision, the company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its CEO.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will own the CEO's operating system: the calendar, the inbox, the commitments, and the logistics that keep a fast-moving company from dropping anything. The Executive Assistant will be the driving force behind deadline management for the CEO, the person who ensures that every promise made in a meeting, an interview, or a hallway conversation is logged, tracked, and delivered on time.

The Executive Assistant will run the CEO's day end-to-end: triaging email, drafting replies, coordinating schedules across multiple time zones, and preparing the CEO for every meeting. Beyond the calendar, the Executive Assistant will own the physical and logistical backbone of the company: shipping samples around the world, managing hardware procurement and inventory, managing vendor relationships and logistics, planning offsites with travel from several countries, coordinating the logistics of the J-1 trainee program, and running the office.

The company is looking for someone whose primary orientation is precision and follow-through.

What the Executive Assistant Will Do
  • Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel across multiple time zones
  • Capture every commitment the CEO makes and drive it to completion by the promised date
  • Identify inefficiencies in how the CEO's time is spent and fix them proactively
What the Company Looks For

Not all required.

  • Experience supporting a founder or executive at a fast-moving startup
  • Experience coordinating international travel, shipping, or visa logistics
  • Fluency with modern tools: calendar and inbox automation, task trackers, AI assistants
  • Comfort handling invoicing, vendor contracts, and basic legal paperwork
Who the Candidate Is

The candidate likely has friends and colleagues who describe them as the most organized person they know. The candidate is capable of distilling chaos into structure without forcing people to change their workflows. The candidate is ambitious and has a clear idea of what they want from their career and life and work.

The candidate is relentless about details and allergic to things falling through the cracks. They anticipate needs before they become problems. They are discreet, reliable, and calm under pressure, and they take real satisfaction in making other people faster.
