About Revin

At Revin, our mission is to bring super intelligence to the built world. Millions of operators across Home Services, Construction, and Remodeling have been overlooked by the last wave of technology. We believe AI is the most transformational platform change in history, but the hard work lies in thoughtful, context-aware applications of this technology to the real world.

Revin provides operators with an end-to-end system of intelligence to automate and scale revenue. Our modular suite of products includes Scheduling, Appointment Management, Membership Management, Inside Sales, Revenue Capture, Marketing, and Funnel Optimization.

Today, over $2.3B in revenue runs on Revin, making us the number one AI partner for enterprise operators. Our customers include Sears Home Services ($800M), Astara Capital ($700M), Del Air ($150M), Long Home Remodeling ($150M), ImproveIt Remodeling ($100M), Sage Home ($80M), and more. We have raised $10M from top investors including Stellation Capital, 1Sharpe, Gokul Rajaram, Russ Heddleston, Michael Werner, Tandem, Max Branzburg, and Marc Bhargava.

About the Role

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our executive team and help run the company day to day. You will be the operating system behind our executives, protecting their time, running their calendars, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale aggressively.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership seat. You will sit at the center of the company, see everything before anyone else, and be trusted with our most sensitive information and our most important relationships. If you want to be close to the action and become indispensable to a team building a generational company, this is the role.

What You Will Do
  • Own the executive calendar. Manage complex, constantly shifting schedules across leadership. Triage competing priorities, defend focus time, and make sure our executives are always in the right room at the right time, prepared.

  • Run point on communications. Manage inboxes, draft and send correspondence on behalf of leadership, and ensure every internal and external thread gets the response it needs when it needs it.

  • Orchestrate travel and logistics. Book and re-book domestic and international travel, build detailed itineraries, and handle the inevitable last-minute changes without missing a beat.

  • Make our meetings count. Prepare agendas and briefing docs, capture notes and action items, and chase every follow-up to closed. Turn a room full of decisions into things that actually get done.

  • Run office and team operations. Own the New York office experience, coordinate team meals and events, manage vendors, and keep the physical space running so the team can do its best work.

  • Support hiring and onboarding. Coordinate candidate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and help new hires hit the ground running from day one.

  • Own the details no one else has time for. Expense reports, subscriptions, gifting, personal logistics, and the long tail of tasks that keep executives operating at full speed. You anticipate needs before they are voiced.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years supporting senior executives, ideally a founder or C-suite leader at a high-growth startup, high-performing finance/consulting firm, or similar fast-paced environment

  • Ruthlessly organized. You never drop a ball, you track everything, and you close every loop without being asked twice.

  • An exceptional written and verbal communicator who can represent leadership with polish, discretion, and warmth

  • Calm under pressure. You thrive on a moving target and reprioritize gracefully when the day gets upended, which it will.

  • Trustworthy with the most sensitive information. Absolute discretion is non-negotiable.

  • Fluent with modern tools: calendar, email, Slack, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT. Bonus if you love finding a tool or automation to kill recurring manual work.

  • A bias toward action and total ownership. You see a gap and fill it before anyone asks.

  • An ambitious builder who wants to help build a generational company, not just hold a support role

Don't Work Here If
  • You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative

  • You want a safe, predictable 9-5. Expect long days and a fast pace. We are looking for fanatics who do not turn off. We are constantly chasing excellence, if that is not your goal, please do not apply.

  • You are not excited about being part of a team applying AI into the built world. There will be no playbook, if you want a well-trodden path, this is not the role for you.

  • You need rigid boundaries around your role. This seat is intentionally broad and covers whatever leadership needs, professional and occasionally personal.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary: $80,000 to $115,000

  • Equity: Meaningful early equity package

  • Full-time, on-site role in New York

  • Significant upside through early ownership and career growth

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO

  • $0 cost medical

  • 401k matching

  • Lunch and dinner in office

  • Gym membership stipend

  • Clear Travel Pass

  • Tech equipment

  • Mentorship pairing with a Revin advisor/investor to help you grow

  • Relocation assistance
