Your Role and Impact

Venn is seeking a seasoned, highly organized, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to our CEO. This role is pivotal in advancing Venn’s mission by ensuring the CEO can focus on driving company strategy, growth, and long-term vision. While the Executive Assistant will primarily support the CEO, they may also provide assistance to other members of the Executive Leadership Team as needed to keep the organization running smoothly. The Executive Assistant will operate at the intersection of administrative excellence and strategic partnership, combining traditional EA responsibilities with high-impact project work across multiple teams.


What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the CEO's "right hand" by managing day to day priorities, acting as gatekeeping, and ensuring seamless execution of demanding and fluid schedule
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate high level communication including emails, reports, and presentations that reflect the CEO's voice and the company's brand
  • Own logistics for executive meetings, board meetings, travel, and events, ensuring all details are managed with precision and efficiency
  • Partner closely with the Executive Committee and cross functional teams to drive key initiatives and ensure alignment across the business
  • Provide occasional support to other members of the Executive Team to advance strategic priorities
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise, enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Support occasional personal tasks and other ad hoc projects as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • At least 5+ years supporting C-level executives in dynamic, high-demand environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; polished, concise, and adaptable across audiences.
  • Ability to pivot seamlessly, manage multiple competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with bonus points for experience in tools like Confluence, Trello, or other productivity platforms.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth start-up or technology company strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
