The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's inbox, schedule meetings, organize travel, prepare documents, track projects, and handle personal matters confidentially.
Triage the CEO’s inbox, draft emails, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups
Coordinate complex calendars and meetings across multiple time zones
Organize travel and logistics for the CEO and select team members
Prepare internal and external documents, reports, and summaries
Maintain dashboards and trackers for project and goal oversight using Google Sheets
Monitor progress on team deliverables and ensure timely follow-through
Manage receipts, expenses, and liaise with the accountant for reconciliations
Handle personal matters with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Google Workspace and digital tracking tools
- Excellent written communication and keen attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
