Drive end-to-end board coordination — scheduling, preparation of documentation, and owning logistics for board meetings.
Support the CFO in maintaining an organized record of board resolutions, decisions, and action items.
Strategic support
Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to support strategic initiatives as required.
Partner with our incoming COO to drive cross-functional alignment and communication.
Conduct research and analysis to support senior leadership decision-making.
Meetings & communications
Own logistics for key leadership meetings — prepare comprehensive agendas and ensure all materials are distributed in advance.
Distribute meeting minutes promptly and track action items through to completion.
Polish and refine documents, presentations, and reports for a range of audiences.
Craft compelling communications and presentations in collaboration with key company leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills — are you the most organized person you know?
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Proficient in office software and modern collaboration tools.
Calm and composed under pressure — you thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Independent and self-motivated, with a track record of taking full ownership of your work streams.
Rock-solid integrity and discretion — you handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
A genuine commitment to AMI's values of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
