As an Administrative professional you will deliver efficient and effective support, build positive working relationships, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of tasks after fully understanding what is needed. Responsibilities
- Coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and daily schedules to support smooth office operations
- Managing confidential information, correspondence, and records with discretion and accuracy
- Arranging domestic and international travel, itineraries, expense submissions, and meeting logistics
- Preparing agendas, meeting materials, reports, and follow-up notes for senior leaders and internal teams
- Tracking deadlines, action items, and priority requests to keep commitments organized and moving forward
- Supporting office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, supply ordering, and invoice processing
- Responding to requests from executives and internal clients with timely, organized assistance
- Using office productivity applications and digital tools to coordinate communication and maintain documentation
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
