  • Draft executive communications, reports, presentations, talking points, and administrative procedures, and coordinate Incident Review Committee follow-up as assigned.
  • Communicate professionally with leaders, Board members, staff, donors, funders, and community partners while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Supervise and support the Office Manager to ensure responsive and well-organized administrative operations.
  • Perform all responsibilities in alignment with CHASI's Mission, Vision, and Core Values, and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience supporting executive leadership, managing complex projects, coordinating Board or governance work, or serving in a comparable strategic administrative role; college degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • At least two years of experience supervising staff, managing projects, or leading cross-functional work preferred.
  • Strong planning, project coordination, meeting preparation, writing, editing, follow-up, and information-synthesis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, synthesize complex information, and move assignments forward with limited direction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism when working with senior leaders, Board members, staff, external stakeholders, and sensitive information.
  • Availability to attend occasional evening Board or committee meetings scheduled in advance.
