Job Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of GTM and Sales tooling and resources and oversee the roadmap for reporting, analytics, and insights across revenue-generating functions. Partner with Product, Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure GTM initiatives meet firmwide standards for governance, regulatory readiness, and audit integrity.
- Contribute to the multi-year GTM strategy for Chase Media Solutions by translating business questions and challenges into solutions, supported by data and strategic analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth through data analysis.
- Oversee the design and development of executive dashboards, reports and strategic analyses; partner with data & analytics to build analytics dashboards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-impact team that supports analysis, commercialization, and strategic planning
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, GTM, product commercialization, or growth leadership within financial services, payments, or technology.
- Proven success driving enterprise-scale strategic initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, merchant ecosystems, and cardholder engagement models.
- Product and technology fluency with the ability to link market needs to digital enablement.
- Demonstrated collaboration with D&A, Finance, Controls, and Compliance to drive compliant, data-led decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, executive presence, and communication skills; experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
