The way customers experience banking is changing — and you can help lead that change. Intelligent, agent-driven experiences are emerging as one of the most significant shifts in consumer finance, and this role puts you at the center of it. You will define the vision, build the strategy, and drive the adoption that brings this channel to life at scale. If you are energized by ambiguity, motivated by impact, and ready to shape something that will reach millions of people, this is the opportunity for you.

As a Head of Agentic Growth in the Agentic Experience organization, you will set the strategic direction for an emerging channel and drive the adoption, partnerships, and operating model needed to scale it. You will work across product, technology, operations, and business leadership to deliver measurable growth outcomes and define what intelligent, agent-driven banking looks like for customers. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape a channel from the ground up.

Job responsibilities

  • Define the product and channel growth vision and multi-horizon strategy for the agentic channel, translating it into a measurable roadmap
  • Identify and prioritize platform capabilities versus business-specific capabilities, driving sequencing and delivery timelines across stakeholders
  • Develop and execute an adoption and marketing strategy to increase customer engagement, including goal-setting, key performance indicator definition, metric tracking, and regular readouts
  • Partner with Operations and Servicing teams to align servicing strategies, operational readiness, and customer experience outcomes
  • Own and maintain the channel business case, bringing together the overall cost view, efficiency opportunities, and economics across business lines, including charge-out and allocation models
  • Establish and run the operating model for growth, including product reporting, performance tracking, governance forums, and senior leadership review materials
  • Lead external distribution strategy and partnership development in coordination with the Open Banking team, ensuring alignment to channel objectives and customer value
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Technology, Data and Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and business leadership to deliver growth outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 8 years of experience in product management with an established focus on customer engagement, growth, or digital channel strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to define product and channel strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap tied to measurable outcomes, including adoption, engagement, and efficiency
  • Experience setting growth goals and key performance indicators, building metric frameworks, and running executive-level performance readouts
  • Experience building business cases and managing product economics, including cost-to-serve, efficiency levers, and allocation and chargeback considerations
  • Experience designing and running operating models and governance structures, including cadences, reporting, and senior leadership reviews
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management, including partnering with Operations, Servicing, and business leads
  • Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior leadership audiences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience navigating highly matrixed organizations, including working across multiple business lines and functional subject matter experts
  • Experience leading transformational growth strategies, including developing north star representations and execution playbooks with measurement frameworks that support fast decision-making
