Responsibilities

  • Execute the corporate reputation marketing strategy, translating the corporate brand's messaging pillars into timely, relevant content distributed across owned and paid channels.
  • Lead strategic, creative, and executional management of the always-on Corporate Reputation Campaign — generating new marketing ideas to support firm priorities, stewarding asset creation, and using performance data to continuously optimize results.
  • Partner with the Paid Media team to develop campaign strategies, manage creative handoffs, review preview links and identify issues, monitor live executions, and escalate or resolve implementation issues.
  • Build networks across the firm to understand business priorities, align business marketing efforts with corporate brand initiatives, and co-create marketing ideas.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships within Marketing, including regular presentations to leaders on upcoming campaign messages, integrated marketing plans, and creative work.
  • Across a wide range of integrated campaigns, proactively bring forward ideas for new marketing messages, develop compelling copy, and steward integrated campaigns from development to execution.
  • Oversee the content approval process across Marketing leadership, internal stakeholders, and Legal and Compliance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand and regulatory standards.
  • Support budget management and hygiene, including campaign and creative agency spend tracking.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, and/or reputation management, with demonstrated fluency in paid and owned marketing channels, creative development with external agency partners, and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Sharp instinct for reputational risk management and strong creative judgment across written, design, and video channels.
  • Exceptional communication and creative presentation skills, including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive self-starter with a proven track record of generating original creative ideas and building strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Eagerness and experience with leveraging AI tools to improve and accelerate marketing workflows — from audience targeting and content generation to performance reporting.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, brand voice fluency, and subject matter expertise in finance and capital markets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
