Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Form 10) in accordance with US GAAP and Reg S-K/S-X; support quarterly/annual reporting, audits, investor communications, accounting research, and collaboration with Investor Relations and finance teams.

Advise HCM business partners and divisional leaders on compensation programs; support annual compensation cycle, benchmarking, and special programs; review and approve compensation transactions; model financial impacts, manage budgets, analyze hiring and turnover trends, and drive process improvements and automation.

Manage and trade the firms MBS portfolio, identifying relative value opportunities across mortgage products and macro markets. Perform cash-flow and scenario analyses to enhance NII, execute and book trades, manage portfolio risk, and contribute to macro trade ideas using market and economic data.
