As an Executive Producer, you will oversee a portfolio of projects, working directly with clients and leading teams to drive strategic execution. You’ll play a critical role in business development, contributing to organic growth and ensuring the success of both client and agency outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Lead multi asset campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, digital video, mobile, web apps, and integrated campaigns from concept development through final delivery, across multiple markets and regions
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships, serving as a trusted partner and advisor to both internal teams, client leaders, and vendor partners 
  • Execute projects on time and on budget, and lead other producers and cross-functional partners to ensure all deliverables meet the highest production standards throughout the engagement
  • Own the work and scoping for your portfolio of projects, contributing to business development through organic growth and profitability
  • Oversee business affairs, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation to ensure projects are properly scoped, staffed, contracted, and delivered efficiently
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, increase team efficiency, and elevate the quality, speed, and impact of deliverables
  • Mentor and develop other producers, strengthening strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership capabilities across the production team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

  • 8+ years of production experience in an agency, production company or in‑house production environment, with an emphasis on digital campaigns
  • Proven leadership managing multi‑disciplinary production teams and delivering high‑profile campaigns that drive business results and grow clients accounts
  • Progressive experience overseeing diverse, large-scale projects and fostering innovation in process, workflows, and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, including regular engagement with senior and C‑suite leaders
  • Proven experience mentoring, evaluating and developing Producers and other production staff with humility and the ability to foster a collaborative environment
  • Broad experience across a range of clients and industries, enabling adaptable leadership and informed decision-making across varied business contexts and project types
  • Proficient in or able to quickly learn general project management and office software and tools, especially Adobe Workfront, to support accurate planning, tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization at scale

The base compensation range for this role is $140,000– $185,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
