AMC Global Media is home to many of the greatest stories and characters in TV and film and the premier destination for passionate and engaged fan communities around the world.
 
We create and curate celebrated series and films across distinct brands and make them available to audiences everywhere. Our portfolio includes targeted streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK and HIDIVE; cable networks AMC, BBC AMERICA, Independent Film Company, Sundance TV and We TV; and film distribution labels Independent Film Company and RLJE Films. The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.
 
We are currently seeking an Executive Program Support Admin to join our Business Intelligence team in our New York, NY location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Planning Support 

  • Support the VP, Executive Program Support and Technology leadership team with planning, coordination, and follow-through on key organizational priorities. 
  • Help prepare materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, and strategic updates. 
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to collect inputs, track progress, and organize key information. 
  • Conduct basic research, analysis, and benchmarking to support business and technology decisions. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Coordinate operating rhythms for the Technology leadership team, including staff meetings, leadership meetings, offsites, and recurring business reviews. 
  • Maintain agendas, action items, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and visibility. 
  • Track organizational objectives, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables. 
  • Identify potential risks, gaps, or delays and escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Recommend process improvements that help increase clarity, efficiency, and consistency across the Technology organization. 

Executive Communications & Stakeholder Support 

  • Draft clear, concise communications, updates, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership review. 
  • Help prepare talking points, meeting notes, recap documents, and follow-up summaries. 
  • Support communication plans related to organizational updates, change initiatives, and key Technology priorities. 
  • Help ensure leaders have the information, materials, and follow-up needed to make timely decisions. 

Executive Support & Strategic Coordination 

  • Provide comprehensive support to executive leadership, including proactive calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up on key action items. 
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring priorities are communicated and executed effectively. 
  • Anticipate needs and resolve scheduling conflicts with sound judgment and discretion. 

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

Required  

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, business administration or similar 
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting teams with program management, business operations, technology operations, consulting, strategy, or a related discipline. 
  • Experience supporting leaders or leadership teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.  
  • Strong project coordination and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to synthesize information and create clear, polished presentations, updates, and summaries.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.  
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information. 

Preferred 

  • Experience in media, entertainment, streaming, digital products, advertising technology, or a technology-driven environment.  
  • Experience supporting organizational planning, business reviews, or change management efforts.  
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.  
  • Familiarity with project management tools and AI-enabled productivity tools.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

 
The base compensation for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Global Media additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
