EVP, Executive Producer represents a master of craft within the industry and has proven ability to manage production departments and /or global client accounts, across all production disciplines with focus on elevating creative, refining and improving process, and acting as the bridge amongst inner departmental relations. The EVP offers guidance and production leadership to the Executive Producers within the designated group and is supportive to the greater production team. This role works in partnership with the lead Creative and the lead Account Manager per business. The EVP is brought in for escalation at any point that agency or production department feels high level production oversight is needed. And is comfortable taking an active role in shaping the work while insuring flawless execution and delivery. At the EVP level, you are a master of empathetic leadership and conflict management.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable to play a leadership role in contributing to the culture of the Production Department as well as initiating opportunities to educate and inspire both their teams and those around them.
- Responsible for leading our efforts in cultivating a diverse, equal and inclusive culture of production within our work.
- Responsible for building critical relationships and maintaining the agency’s reputation and standard of excellence with the internal and external production industry.
- Improve production process and weighs in on production’s function within the agency at large supporting the belief that production should have a seat at the table amongst every client team in need of production.
- Drives innovation to build production learnings that can solidify the Client's presence as an industry leader.
- Works to pursue the of best creative ideas and creates an environment supportive of the best creative.
- Expert in Experiential and Content Production; able to lead teams and guide clients, Creative, Account through production process.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ production experience at a creative agency, marketing/comms, production company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Leadership and management experience at a creative agency.
- Expert budgeting, ballparking, and production planning for productions ranging from complicated experiential executions to table-top photo. Knows how to scale projects and express the importance of proper timing and budgeting to internal agency partners.
- Strong track record in building client relationships.
- Works seamlessly across agency functions, partner agencies, and vendors.
- Identifies high potential, creative ideas - fights for them and builds them.
$200,000 - $275,000 annually

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
