Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, driven, and communicative Experiential Marketing Coordinator to help bring bold brand experiences to life, from national product launches and pop-ups to surprise-and-delight activations across fitness, wellness, and beyond. 

The ideal candidate brings strong project management and administrative experience, thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and can independently solve problems while staying calm and detail-oriented under pressure. This role will own assigned components of experiential programs while supporting senior team members across planning, production, vendor management, on-site execution, and reporting.

This is a fully remote role reporting directly to our Director of Experiential Marketing. If you love the intersection of culture and sport, and thrive when no two days look the same, we want to hear from you. 

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 (+ bonus). Actual salary will vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

What you’ll do

Experiential Program Execution

  • Partner with the Experiential Marketing Lead(s), Experiential Marketing Associate, and Account Team to bring clients’ vision to life 
  • Research and vet potential vendors and partners and support with outreach, negotiation, contracting, and payments
  • Provide helpful feedback on vendor/partner execution quality
  • Spot trends and pitch ways to integrate them into existing programs

Project Management

  • Follow Experiential project timelines, overseeing all deadlines and deliverables
  • Build and maintain project sheets, trackers, production timelines for the team to always have an accurate, up-to-date view of where each project stands 
  • Assist with program and process optimizations and improvements
  • Pull metrics into reporting templates and keep stakeholders in the loop
  • Process invoices/payment requests for partners/vendors
  • Assist with internal and external communications with clarity and speed
  • Represent BibRave and our clients professionally across every channel

  • Crystal-clear business writing across email, Slack, Monday.com, decks, and everywhere else. Succinct and accurate communication is critical to this role.

  • Composure under pressure. Shifting KPIs and tight timelines don't rattle you, they motivate you.
  • Self-direction. You set your own deadlines, meet them, and tell someone when you won't.
  • Attention to detail. Like being able to reference this bullet point in your cover letter.

We require…

  • 1–3 years experience in experiential marketing and/or managing complex projects and programs 
  • Fluency in: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, Monday.com (or comparable PM tool), and AI tools like ChatGPT
  • The ability and willingness to travel (3-5 times per year)
  • Experience with in-person events and knowledge of the running/racing/multisport space are a plus
  • Passion for the fitness, running, outdoor, or wellness industries
