As a F&B Marketing Executive, you’re not just supporting department initiatives and office management – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Support F&B marketing initiatives: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions for restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets. Coordinate promotional calendars, proofread menus and advertising copy, and ensure all marketing materials are accurate and aligned with the brand.

  • Coordinate campaigns and promotions: Support the development and execution of seasonal promotions, special events, dining offers, and digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal departments, creative teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

  • Create and manage marketing content: Assist with preparing social media content, promotional materials, email campaigns, menus, flyers, and digital assets. Ensure content is engaging, consistent with the brand identity, and tailored to the target audience.

  • Support F&B operations: Work closely with restaurant and outlet teams to understand operational needs, upcoming promotions, and guest feedback, ensuring marketing activities effectively support business objectives and enhance the guest experience.

  • Monitor marketing performance: Track campaign results, social media engagement, promotional performance, and other key marketing metrics. Prepare basic reports and provide insights to help improve future F&B marketing activities.

  • Manage administrative and marketing tasks: Maintain the F&B marketing calendar, update promotional schedules, organize marketing files, process invoices, and keep records of campaigns, partnerships, and marketing activities.

  • Support events and special projects: Assist with coordinating F&B events, product launches, food promotions, collaborations, and other special projects, ensuring smooth execution across all relevant departments.

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners: Liaise with F&B operations, sales, revenue, PR, digital, design, and external agencies or suppliers to ensure marketing initiatives are communicated clearly and delivered effectively.
