Job Summary:
The ID1 Facilities Electrical team supports the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of electrical systems critical to high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. The team coordinates maintenance, repairs, installations, documentation, and service-provider activities that support dependable site operations.
The Facilities Electrical Coordinator plans, schedules, and tracks electrical maintenance and project activities across facilities operations. This role coordinates technicians, contractors, vendors, materials, documentation, and site partners to help ensure work is prepared, communicated, and completed safely with minimal impact to operations.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, priorities, resources, and site access for electrical maintenance, repairs, installations, and minor system modifications.
• Serve as a primary coordination point for technicians, contractors, vendors, operations, engineering, and other business partners.
• Confirm work packages, permits, materials, documentation, and required support are ready before scheduled execution.
• Track work status, action items, service requests, documentation, and completion requirements.
• Coordinate outsourced electrical services and verify vendor activities align with safety, LOTO, quality, and operational requirements.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, coordination gaps, and execution risks; escalate issues and support timely resolution.
• Support asset information, maintenance records, reporting, and continuous improvement of electrical work processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant degree, electrical license, or technical certification with 2+ years of related experience, or 5+ years of electrical maintenance, construction, or facilities experience.
• Proven experience coordinating maintenance, construction projects, or facilities operations in industrial or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance activities, and safe work practices.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, follow-up, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, contractors, vendors, and business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with an interest in leveraging Agentic AI workflows to improve current and future processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating electrical maintenance, contractor services, equipment installations, or commissioning support.
• Experience with work management, asset management, scheduling, procurement, or maintenance documentation systems.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, critical facilities, or another high-reliability operation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, reporting, teamwork, and continuous improvement skills.
