Candidates selected to move forward in the interview process will need to submit proof that they are able to receive academic credit for their time interning with THE·TEAM and will be disqualified if they are unable to do so.
 

Job Overview

Support our agents, managers, and coordinators in representing a diverse roster of digital-first talent across social media, creators, and emerging media platforms. This role will contribute to the growth and development of influencers and creators spanning various cultural verticals and content formats. You’ll support the broader team in managing digital partnerships, brand collaborations, creator strategy, and new talent discovery.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify emerging creators and influencers across social platforms.

  • Track social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to inform creator strategy and content ideas.

  • Support the team’s internal operations to enhance creator growth and audience development.

  • Coordinate PR, gifting, and brand seeding opportunities.

  • Participate in talent calls and meetings, shadowing Agents and Managers.

  • Prepare presentation materials and pitch decks for brand partnerships and creator campaigns.

  • Contribute to creator growth strategy and talent relations by taking notes and sharing insights.

  • Assist with brand outreach and partnership development for influencer campaigns.

  • Support updating talent sales materials, including one-sheets and creator decks.

  • Develop sales materials for brand and partnership opportunities.

  • Collect and analyze performance metrics across platforms to inform creator strategy.

  • Help manage communications between creators, brands, and internal teams.

  • Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and general coordination for creator and influencer projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in social media, influencers, creator economy, and digital talent.

  • Deep knowledge of social platforms from both a business and user perspective (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook).

  • Familiarity with social media analytics, performance metrics, and platform trends.

  • Understanding of how creators monetize content through brand partnerships and digital campaigns.

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with creators, brands, and teams.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and talent.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creator and brand projects simultaneously.

  • Interest in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within the talent and creator space.

  • Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and take initiative.

Internship Program Details:

  • Must be able to earn college credit for an internship

  • Runs from September 9, 2026 – December 11, 2026

  • Time commitment expectation of 20 hours per week 

Educational Benefit to Student:

Interns will attain a rewarding learning experience by interning for a large sports/entertainment company, as well as learning the importance of business organization and management. They will make connections with industry leaders to obtain exposure to the strategies behind digital management and marketing in social media.
