Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Capture Manager to lead strategy and execution for priority, complex enterprise pursuits, engaging customers 12 to 36 months ahead of formal opportunities to shape requirements, build executive relationships, and develop differentiated win strategies. This role leads pursuits from early opportunity qualification and pre-RFP shaping through proposal strategy, negotiation, and contract close, bringing together cross-functional teams to position T-Mobile to win high-value commercial enterprise opportunities.
** This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. Remote work is not available. Office locations include Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; Herndon, VA. **

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead capture strategies for priority commercial enterprise opportunities, including customer engagement plans, win themes, competitive positioning, key milestones, and pursuit risks.
  • Engage customers 12 to 36 months ahead of formal opportunities to understand business priorities, technology needs, decision criteria, and procurement strategies, using those insights to shape solutions and strengthen T-Mobile's position.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior business leaders, procurement teams, and other key partners while translating customer challenges into differentiated value propositions and solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Technology, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other functions to align resources and execute a unified win strategy.
  • Assess competitive positioning, pricing, solution gaps, commercial considerations, and potential risks to recommend strategies that improve win probability and deliver strong customer and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial enterprise capture management, strategic pursuits, complex B2B sales, business development, deal leadership, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise pursuits across multiple stages of the deal lifecycle.
  • Experience engaging customers during the pre-RFP or early opportunity stage to uncover business priorities, influence solution requirements, and develop effective pursuit strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams through complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including experience assessing competitive positioning, customer value, pricing considerations, solution trade-offs, and negotiation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading large, competitive enterprise pursuits with measurable accountability for deal progression, contract value, win rate, new-logo acquisition, retention, or expansion.
  • Experience developing capture plans, win themes, competitive assessments, and pricing-to-win strategies.
  • Experience leading complex pursuits involving multiple products, technology platforms, solution areas, vendors, or strategic partners.
  • Experience within telecommunications, technology, managed services, networking, cloud, mobility, SaaS, cybersecurity, or another complex enterprise solutions environment.
  • Experience with structured capture, pursuit, or deal-management methodologies and governance processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

Overland Park, KS base salary range: $131,200-$177,500   

Frisco, TX base salary range: $139,200-$188,400   

Bellevue, WA & Herndon, VA base salary range: $156,600-$211,900


Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $144,600 - $260,880

National Base Pay Range: $120,500 - $217,400

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
