▪️Hire, train, manage, and work alongside brand ambassadors distributing MealPal marketing materials throughout NYC.
▪️ Identify high-opportunity locations, commuter patterns, office buildings, neighborhoods, and lunch hubs for activations.
▪️ Plan and execute “lunch and learn” events with companies and office teams across NYC.
▪️ Work with local restaurant partners to create and distribute marketing materials that drive awareness and signups.
▪️ Track campaign performance, learn what is working, and quickly adjust tactics to improve results.
▪️ Bring creative, practical ideas for acquiring new members offline.
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who is energetic, resourceful, and comfortable talking to anyone.
▪️ A natural people-person who enjoys starting conversations and engaging with strangers.
▪️ Comfortable asking people about their lunch habits and explaining why MealPal is useful.
▪️ Competitive and goal-oriented, with the drive to hit revenue and acquisition targets.
▪️ Highly organized and able to manage many moving pieces at once.
▪️ Fast-moving, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
▪️ Clear and thoughtful in writing, with strong judgment and high EQ.
▪️ Excited by a role that combines marketing, sales, operations, and on-the-ground execution.
Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree.
▪️ 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, operations, customer service, hospitality, events, or a similarly customer-facing role.
▪️ Comfortable working in person in NYC Monday through Friday.
▪️ Able to start early, typically around 7:00am.
▪️ Hungry to work approximately 50 hours per week.
▪️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
▪️ Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Compensation:
▪️ Competitive base salary ($80k-$100k depending on experience) and equity
▪️ Medical, vision, and dental benefits
▪️ 25 paid days off annually, including 10 company holidays and 15 PTO days
▪️ 401(k) with company match
