Develop strategy and manage execution to drive reactivation of lapsed users and referrals and engagement of current customers across email, push notifications, direct mail and remarketing channels in our global markets.
Manage testing, creative, operational, reporting workflow of campaign efforts primarily through email to drive results.
Manage the segmentation strategy to support campaign testing and analysis.
Work with creative team to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with customers and optimize content/messaging accordingly.
Monitor key KPI’s and collaborate with analytics team on custom marketing analysis.
Stay current on marketing trends and practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs using A/B testing.
