About Fluidstack

We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.

We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!

About the Role
  • Support financing execution — Assist in workstreams across high-yield bond issuances, senior secured term loans, and equipment / project finance facilities. Help manage diligence processes, track lender and counsel workstreams, and coordinate documentation through close.

  • Analyze credit support arrangements — Review and model guarantees, credit wraps, off-take agreements, and other investment-grade backstop structures. Develop fluency in how these instruments affect debt sizing, covenant mechanics, and investor / lender underwriting.

  • Build and maintain financial models — Construct and refine transaction models covering debt sizing, DSCR waterfalls, restricted payment mechanics, levered/unlevered returns, and multi-scenario sensitivities. Own model accuracy and flag issues to senior team members.

  • Coordinate counterparty and legal workstreams — Support external counsel, financial advisors, and counterparty working groups. Track open legal and commercial issues and help move resolutions forward on deal timelines.

  • Analyze capital structures — Evaluate HoldCo / OpCo / PropCo structuring, cross-collateralization provisions, cross-default mechanics, and intercreditor arrangements under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Support equity-linked and warrant analysis — Analyze warrant agreements, equity co-invest structures, and other instruments issued in connection with strategic credit support or partnership arrangements.

  • Contribute to investor and lender materials — Support the production of investment memos, lender presentations, bond offering documents, and internal approval materials. Ensure financial accuracy across all deal documents.

  • Partner cross-functionally — Work with development, power, site selection, legal, and technology teams to gather inputs for financial analyses and help communicate how financing decisions affect project outcomes.

Required Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in leveraged finance, structured credit, or a related capital markets role at a bank, credit fund, or infrastructure sponsor.

  • Some exposure to deal execution processes, including diligence, documentation, and lender / advisor coordination.

  • Strong financial modeling skills; ability to build, maintain, and audit transaction models for multi-tranche capital structures with guidance from senior team members.

  • Strong written communication skills; able to draft clear, organized memos, summaries, and deal tracking materials.

Preferred Experience
  • Prior exposure to data center, power, digital infrastructure, or other capital-intensive real asset sectors — on the debt or equity side.

  • Working familiarity with credit agreement mechanics, covenant structures, and high-yield / leveraged loan documentation.

  • Some exposure to credit support structures — guarantees, off-take agreements, or similar — and their role in financing transactions.

  • Familiarity with warrant agreements, equity co-invest structures, or other equity-linked instruments.

  • Exposure to SPV structuring or multi-lender intercreditor arrangements.

Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).

  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
