You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your analytical skills to drive improvements and support the team’s mission.

As a Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Business Management Associate within the US Equity team, you will collaborate with senior leaders and internal business managers to implement strategic projects and address daily business challenges. You’ll liaise across business groups to define requirements, analyze data and processes, and provide tactical support. You will also foster relationships with external vendors and support key initiatives across audit, risk, legal, compliance, and operations—taking a proactive approach to identifying risks and developing innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities 
  • Partner with business groups across functions to execute key priorities and define business needs
  • Analyze data, processes, and team organization to identify weaknesses, gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Document requirements for improvement and provide tactical support to the team
  • Facilitate and maintain relationships between the business and external vendors
  • Support client onboarding, procedure updates, presentations, and development of visualization dashboards
  • Provide reporting for senior management and support audit, risk, legal, compliance, and control management
  • Assist technology and operations teams to implement key initiatives and address day-to-day issues
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Asset Management businesses or product areas
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify key issues, and develop practical, data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business intelligence/visualization tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Proven track record of delivering projects, complex products, and/or new business initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and re-prioritize quickly
  • Forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, communication, and business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 
  • Experience in project management within a financial services environment
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and data visualization tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry
