  • Revenue & Payment Economics:
  • Analyze payment flows, transaction volumes, Stripe fee structures, and cost-to-serve dynamics; identify opportunities to improve unit economics.
  • Evolve profitability models across key dimensions (e.g., practice cohort, segment, product bundle/SKU, channel, payment method, card-present/card-not-present mix).
  • Monitor recurring and explain recurring revenue streams (ARR/MRR), churn, retention, and upsell performance within payment-enabled products.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure pricing discipline, discount guardrails, and healthy pipeline economics.
  • Build and maintain cohort analyses (activation ramp, volume maturity curves, retention/churn, expansion) to inform growth targets and GTM strategies.
  • Pricing & Strategic Initiatives:
  • Support pricing and monetization strategies for payment-related products and services, including post-launch performance reviews.
  • Develop SKU-level profitability analysis to identify underperforming offerings and margin improvement opportunities.
