As the Director, FP&A - Go-to-Market for Go-To-Market (GTM), you will personally help our GTM organization to continue to scale with best-in-class performance and predictability. As a strategic business partner of the GTM senior leadership, you will have a crucial role in designing Yotpo’s growth plans and adding effectiveness perspective while identifying new opportunities in order to meet our objectives. As one of the very few who will deeply understand our Strategic goals, Business operations, and Financial KPIs - you will be a leading player who keeps Yotpo focused. 

You will leverage your cross-company sophisticated understanding in order to impact the prioritization of the different programs. You will be required to build close relationships with the senior operations leadership and gain deep understanding of the operations work. As a member of the different steering committees you will be part of, you will shape Yotpo’s expansion into new business/territories and optimization of existing processes. 

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, the FP&A Director will lead the US side of the FP&A team, focusing on accelerating sustainable Go-To-Market efforts. Yotpo’s fast evolution opens unlimited room for the ideal candidate to join and make a significant mark.

Success in this role looks like: (1) a proactive thinking about Yotpo’s performance that translates into business KPIs improvement (2) becoming a trusted partner of the Go-To-Market senior leadership (3) leading an extremely involved Go-To-Market FP&A team directly interacting with the operations teams.

You will:

  • Build and lead an FP&A team that pro-actively involved and impacts GTM departments
  • Be the source of truth for the company’s operations efficiency KPIs; You will share insights and provide GTM senior leadership with recommendations based on deep analysis.
  • Lead the analysis of operational programs bringing Yotpo’s KPIs closer to strategic goals; Your team will build business-cases and financial models in order to support the decision making.
  • Co-lead the strategic processes behind incentives plans in order to align it with the company’s objectives; Your team will keep close track of the execution and recommend needed revisions.
  • Budget, plan, and track resources invested in the Go-To-Market efforts
  • Improve the predictability of the GTM results

About you:

  • 8+ years of financial-analytical experience, at least 5+ of SaaS B2B
  • Cross-functional leading experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in Economics (or similar)
  • Vast experience with building business models for GTM plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a hyper-growing environment by being a fast learner and creative thinker.
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply.

Bonus points for: 

  • SaaS Operations experience
  • Experienced with planning systems
  • Consulting experience
