Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly motivated Analyst/Associate to join our high-performing Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) team in New York City. This role is a key team member and comes at a time of record-breaking activity and growth. To continue to execute and drive business, we need an experienced professional to help sustain momentum, support execution, and drive client success.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Execution & Underwriting
o Analyze client materials including financials, leases, entitlement agreements, and market data.
o Underwrite complex real estate transactions and prepare detailed Offering Memorandums.
o Attend property tours and support regional executions.
o Maintain marketing lists, track outreach, record investor/leader feedback.
o Manage document flow — NDAs, due diligence files, data rooms, and Q&A logs.
o Lead /Participate in weekly marketing calls, maintain status reports and quote matrices.
Client & Team Collaboration
o Work directly with clients and senior team members to support pitches, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
o Create custom decks and materials under tight deadlines for client meetings and proposals.
o Prepare transaction case studies for marketing and BD efforts.
Research & Financial Modeling
o Conduct market research and data analysis using internal and external sources.
o Build and audit financial models using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
 

Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
o Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.
o Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Argus and Excel modeling.
o Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
