Job DescriptionWe're seeking someone to join our Segment Reporting & Analytics Team in Investment Management Finance (IM Finance) to be involved in reporting the IM Segment results during the quarterly due diligence process and the multi-year forecast processes.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Desired 5+ years of work experience.
- Desired technical skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI) and financial software applications, such as TM1.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deal with colleagues/clients of all levels
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Committed and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to and manage deadlines.
What you'll do in the role:-
Support quarterly revenue, expense and balance sheet reporting for the IM Segment
-Support FP&A deliverables related to quarterly external disclosures (10K/Q/14Q), partnering closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure integrity, consistency, and risk awareness.
-Complie sensitivity analysis and scenario framing to inform senior management and risk discussions.
-Compile weekly summary of projected IM results, including net flows, AUM and P&L.
-Support quarterly expense reporting, including detailed analysis of drivers for teams with the IM Segment.
-Support efforts to enhance forecasting, reporting, and control processes, improving efficiency, transparency, and analytical rigor.
