RiverStone International is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across our global legacy (re)insurance business. This position will partner closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial and operational performance, identify trends, develop actionable insights, and support key business initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong quantitative capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, insurance, or another analytical role.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Experience preparing financial models, forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and management reporting materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Experience with financial reporting systems, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms preferred.
- High attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Insurance, reinsurance, or financial services industry experience preferred but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
