Job Summary & Responsibilities
Annually:
- Prepare budgets on a timely schedule. If there is a problem, please advise the supervisor so it can be discussed with the proper parties. Check assumptions to determine if correct or should be changed.
- Prepare for the accountant’s annual visit by making sure that all schedules and reconciliations agree to general ledger balances and their questions are answered on a timely basis.
- When draft audit reports are received, review them to make sure the numbers and notes appear reasonable. Contact the auditors with questions and comments.
- Attend board meetings when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Other job duties are assigned on a Daily and Monthly basis.
