Labcorp is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team in Burlington or Durham, NC!
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
May require occasional extended hours during reporting cycles or system transitions. This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports to support operational, quality, and compliance needs
Identify data inconsistencies or operational issues and recommend actionable solutions
Support reporting escalations, troubleshooting, and user inquiries as needed
Lead small-scope projects such as workflow documentation, reporting enhancements, or system updates
Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements
Provide administrative support including managing communications, records, and scheduling activities
Train and support team members on reporting tools, administrative procedures, and compliance protocols
Monitor and triage issue queues to ensure timely research, routing, resolution, and follow-up
Research and gather data to support issue resolution and root cause analysis
Prepare documentation and summaries for corrective actions, quality assurance, and compliance tracking
Compile and distribute recurring operational and trend reports to leadership
Serve as a liaison between operations, logistics, and support teams to communicate issues and resolutions
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree with 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience supporting reporting, administrative, or analytical functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments
Background in reporting, data analysis, or administrative support
Familiarity with enterprise or laboratory information systems
Proficiency in reporting tools and spreadsheet applications

The Financial Reporting Analyst I supports operational, quality, and compliance objectives through accurate data reporting, analysis, and administrative coordination. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reports, identifying data inconsistencies, supporting issue resolution, and contributing to process improvement initiatives while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
