Finishing Operator

Apply finish coating to raw webbing per color specifications.

Responsibilities: 

• Employee will produce 1st quality material through proper adjustment of finishing machine settings.
• Employee must be able to verify proper color match with the use of a light box or colorimeter. Employee will record the amount of material consumed and produced each day.
• Employee will maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate equipment and perform manual tasks to complete product finishing processes in accordance with documented work instructions and quality standards.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality deviations to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Rotate between tasks as required to support production demands.
• Stop production in the event of observed nonconformity or safety hazard.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and product specifications in English.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
• Basic computer or touchscreen interface experience is beneficial.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production or similar hands-on role preferred.
