The Opportunity
As a Florham Park - DAT - Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, supporting our teams in delivering digital assurance services. Within our Assurance practice, you will gain exposure to financial reporting and decision-making processes, contributing to projects that uphold transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to observe and participate in professional work environments, enhancing your understanding of auditing methodologies and compliance standards.
As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will support teams by performing basic tasks and conducting research, while observing and contributing to the success of projects. This role emphasizes the importance of adopting a learning mindset, actively listening, and applying professional standards. You will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value to our clients and contributes to our team's success.

Responsibilities
- Supporting audit teams in conducting financial assessments and evaluations
- Participating in the application of auditing methodologies to enhance transparency and compliance
- Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain exposure to PwC's practices
- Assisting in the development and deployment of cloud engineering solutions for audit processes
- Engaging in basic tasks and research to contribute to project goals
- Applying a learning mindset to understand and implement compliance and governance protocols
- Collaborating with teams to uphold integrity and regulatory standards in financial reporting
- Utilizing artificial intelligence platforms to support machine learning and data analysis initiatives
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in audit data
- Demonstrating active listening and accepting feedback to improve personal and professional growth
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
