Job DescriptionAs the Brand Planning Manager for Maison Francis Kurkdjian (MFK), you will be responsible for leading all local Demand and Supply Planning activities for the brand across North America. You will be a pivotal force in ensuring product availability and optimizing costs through strategic management of both demand forecasting and supply chain processes. You will be accountable for achieving forecast accuracy targets, maintaining robust inventory health, and leading initiatives to optimize stock quality and minimize financial impact.
This newly created position plays a critical role in supporting the integration of MFK within the LVMH Beauty North America organization. Acting as the primary planning partner for the brand, you will lead local Demand and Supply Planning activities while helping define planning processes, governance, and ways of working between MFK and the broader LVMH Beauty organization. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HQ Supply Chain teams while maintaining a strong proximity to the MFK organization and culture.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and build planning foundations for a rapidly growing luxury brand. The successful candidate will combine analytical excellence with strong stakeholder management skills and a hands-on approach to process design and continuous improvement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forecasting Management:
- Own the local demand forecast for MFK North America and continuously improve forecasting methodologies using historical sales, market trends, retailer inputs, and business intelligence.Accountable for forecast performance to meet objectives and animate continuous improvement (gap to target, action plans).
- Accountable for forecast performance through model management, parameter maintenance, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and continuous improvement action plans.
- Responsible for Launches & animations forecast parameters in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Challenge business stakeholders up to Top Management (COMEX level) to ensure forecast consistency and understand potential impacts on sell-in.
- Accountable for forecast reporting for the monthly S&OP, leading demand review sessions, and driving structured, fact-based discussions with local and HQ teams.
Supply Planning Management:
- Manage replenishment and inventory planning activities to ensure product availability, healthy stock levels, and achievement of service targets.
- Monitor supply chain performance, identify risks, lead root-cause analysis, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with local and central stakeholders.
- Support new product launches by translating demand plans into actionable supply strategies and ensuring execution readiness.

- Monitor and challenge the Air/Sea (RAMA) ratio, actively seeking to minimize environmental impact and costs from air shipments.
Strategic Inventory Management:
- Champion inventory health, actively managing overstock, coverage, and identifying unneeded inventory. Implement actions to mitigate obsolescence risks.
- Lead monthly Stock Reviews, projecting inventory levels and reporting projections, risks, and opportunities to Finance to master P&L impact.
Planning Process Development & Integration
- Design, implement, and continuously improve planning processes supporting the integration of MFK into the LVMH Beauty planning organization. Define planning governance, routines, performance reporting, and best practices across local and central teams.
- Serve as the primary planning partner for the MFK North America organization, building strong partnership with Brand leadership, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

- Retail Business Partners
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university is highly preferred. Exceptional candidates with a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and relevant previous experience in similar role and environment will be given consideration.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related analytical function.
- Very strong analytical skills (Data crunch, Automation of analysis, Reporting and data synthesis, etc.). The role requires strong problem-structuring skills, intellectual rigor, and the ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations.
- Management of the priorities in autonomy. Adapts easily to change.
- Capacity and willingness to conduct problem solving. Ability to lead improvement projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills with all departments, management levels & France. Ability to influence without authority and to engage senior stakeholders through structured, fact-based reasoning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and ease in the use of Power BI.
- Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and forecasting system (Machine learning type) is preferred.
- Fluency or working knowledge of French is nice to have.
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $110,000.00 - $125,000.00.
