About Starbridge

Starbridge helps go-to-market teams win in the public sector. Government buyers signal their priorities constantly, in council meetings, budget documents, RFPs, and public records, but that intelligence is scattered across thousands of sources and impossible to track by hand. Our platform surfaces those signals, connects them to the right buyers, and turns them into pipeline.

We move fast, stay close to our customers, and are building the category. This is a chance to join early and shape how we scale.

About the Role

Our Forward Deployed GTMEs act as strategic consultants for our customers, helping them leverage our platform and AI to generate pipeline, close revenue, and achieve their broader business objectives. As a Forward Deployed GTME, you’ll own the full arc of an engagement: scoping the problem, designing the approach, building it in the platform, getting it live, and handing back something the customer can run on their own. You’ll take half-defined goals and turn them into systems that keep producing pipeline long after you've completed a customer’s onboarding. You'll work across Product, Sales, Account Management, and report into our Director of Customer Success. You will also sit shoulder to shoulder with your customers' RevOps, Sales, and GTM leaders. You'll have visibility across the entire company and real influence over how this team operates as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Architect Starbridge configurations that fit cleanly into a customer's existing GTM stack, including their CRM, sales engagement tools, and other data sources.

  • Lead discovery with everyone from individual contributors to C-level leaders across RevOps, Sales, and Marketing, and convert their requirements into concrete scopes, requirements, and deliverables

  • Facilitate builds and configuration with customers: signals, Bridges, enrichment, automations, and reporting. Empower customers with the tools they need to do so on their own post-deployment.

  • Run each engagement the way a project manager would, from kickoff to launch: a project plan, timelines, a steady check-in rhythm with the customer, and an honest read on what could go wrong.

  • Run hands-on training and live build sessions that leave customers feeling capable on the platform, field hard questions on the spot, and keep every engagement anchored to the outcome the customer is paying for.

  • Own revenue goals by growing adoption, stewarding renewals, and driving expansion within the customer base.

  • Carry the customer's perspective back inside the company: surface patterns in what you hear and feed them to Product to sharpen the platform.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an implementation, solutions consulting, professional services, technical CSM/TAM, deployments, or related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS. Folks with experience in investment banking and/or management consulting are also a great fit. If you're coming from a different background and think you'd be a great fit, tell us why.

  • You've built systems from nothing and you're comfortable when the path isn't drawn yet. The outcome matters to you far more than the process around it.

  • Data-driven: you set the health metrics, watch adoption, and let the numbers steer your calls.

  • A strong communicator who can make complicated things simple and get everyone from admins to executives pointed in the same direction.

  • You move easily between strategy and execution. Leading the room and building the thing are both your job, and you like it that way.

  • You use AI to multiply your own output. It's a standing part of how you work: you build prompts and workflows that let you take on more and ship better work.

  • The kind of person who does whatever it takes to solve a problem. If you've sent a dozen cold emails or taught yourself basic Python to get something done, that's you.

Bonus if you have:

  • Hands-on time with workflow orchestration or AI tooling, including prompt design and x-tool integrations.

  • RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM background.

  • A background in consulting or agency.

  • Experience selling into or working with the public sector.
