Forward-Deployed Security Engineer

Strix builds autonomous AI penetration testing agents that think like attackers: discovering, validating, and helping fix real vulnerabilities across live applications, codebases, and infrastructure, continuously, not once a year. We are looking for strong technical people who want to work at the intersection of AI, security, and infrastructure.

We're seeking a Forward-Deployed Security Engineer to be the technical bridge between Strix and our customers, running engagements, tuning the platform to each environment, and turning agent findings into fixed vulnerabilities.

• Deploy and operate Strix inside customer environments, from kickoff to eye-opening findings

• Triage and validate agent-discovered vulnerabilities and communicate impact to security teams

• Feed what you learn in the field back into the product and the agents

• Become a trusted security advisor to some of the most interesting engineering organizations

• 3+ years in security engineering, penetration testing, or solutions/security consulting

• Strong understanding of application security and common vulnerability classes

• Scripting ability (Python, bash) and comfort working across varied customer stacks

• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences

• A tendency to leave things in a better way than you found them
