Owns user-facing product surfaces end-to-end, including dashboards for triaging AI-discovered vulnerabilities and integrations with GitHub, CI/CD, and messaging tools. The role involves designing, building, launching, and iterating on full-stack web features while maintaining high standards for UX, performance, polish, and reliability. Security experience is beneficial but not required.

Conduct offensive security research across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and open-source software. Develop and exploit vulnerabilities, translate offensive techniques into AI agent behaviors and playbooks, create vulnerable environments and benchmarks, and analyze findings to reduce false positives. The role requires hands-on penetration testing, red teaming, bug bounty, or vulnerability research experience, strong web security knowledge, and Python or similar programming skills.

Own top-of-funnel sales development for a technical AI cybersecurity product. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying security champions, conducting multichannel outbound, qualifying inbound leads, booking meetings, maintaining CRM accuracy, building reporting, and partnering with marketing on campaigns and ABM programs. The role works closely with founders to develop the outbound sales playbook and offers a path to an Account Executive position.

Build and grow Strix’s community across Discord, GitHub, X/Twitter, Reddit, and security forums. Responsibilities include moderation, events, CTFs, bug hunts, ambassador and contributor programs, launches, meetups, user engagement, feedback collection, and shaping the company’s voice and open-source presence.

Own Strix’s developer relations and open-source experience through technical documentation, demos, deep-dive content, conference talks, vulnerability writeups, videos, livestreams, and CTF challenges. Gather developer feedback, collaborate with engineering to improve the product, and establish the company’s DevRel program. The role requires hands-on Python or TypeScript development, offensive-security knowledge, and a public portfolio of technical work.

Owns vertical go-to-market strategy and account-based marketing programs for priority industries. Builds ICPs, buyer journeys, sales plays, targeted campaigns, customer-proof assets, industry messaging, and repeatable playbooks. Partners closely with sales, marketing, founders, and customers to generate pipeline, improve conversion, drive expansion, and translate technical AI security products into compelling business outcomes.

Own Strix’s end-to-end growth strategy, including experimentation, content, community, launches, open source, events, developer marketing, and product-led and founder-led growth. Build and optimize the funnel from initial discovery through demos and closed customers, establish positioning with the founders, create the go-to-market playbook, and build the foundation for a future growth team.

Deploy and operate Strix’s autonomous penetration-testing platform in customer environments, validate and triage vulnerabilities, communicate security impact to technical and executive audiences, advise customers, and provide field feedback to improve the product and AI agents.
