The role
We're hiring a Founding Account Executive to help build our go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll work directly with the CEO to turn early traction into a repeatable sales engine.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to close and expansion
Generate pipeline from ICP accounts through value-driven outbound and founder-assisted deals
Run thoughtful discovery to understand customer workflows
Partner with engineering to scope solutions and unblock evaluations
You are
3+ years as a top-performing AE (ideally in B2B SaaS)
Excited by ambiguity and ownership
A strong communicator
Comp & logistics
Competitive base + uncapped commission + early equity
In-person in NYC
