About the company

Our client is a rapidly scaling, venture-backed enterprise software company transforming a large, essential professional-services market with intelligent workflow automation. The business has proven product-market fit, recently completed a nine-figure Series B at a billion-dollar valuation, and has grown revenue fivefold this year. The team has expanded from roughly 60 to 150 employees and expects significant continued growth.

The role and why it matters

This is the first dedicated demand generation hire. You will build the marketing engine from the ground up and own qualified pipeline across two distinct go-to-market motions: a high-touch account-based program for large professional-services firms and a scalable engine for in-house finance teams.

What you'll do

• Build and launch full-funnel demand generation programs for a new enterprise segment.

• Own campaign strategy and hands-on execution across audience targeting, intent signals, paid channels, outbound programs, conversion optimization, and pipeline reporting.

• Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and Revenue Operations teams to align programs with target accounts and ideal customer profiles.

• Establish lead routing, attribution, campaign measurement, and feedback loops where little infrastructure exists today.

• Create repeatable playbooks that can scale across both high-touch account-based marketing and broader programmatic demand.

• Drive measurable improvements in marketing-qualified leads and qualified pipeline during the first 90 days.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 5 or more years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience at a high-growth software company.

• A track record of building full-funnel campaigns that generated qualified pipeline for technical enterprise products.

• Hands-on experience with account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise accounts.

• Strong partnership experience with Sales, BDR, and Revenue Operations teams.

• Fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution tools, marketing automation, paid media, intent data, and enrichment platforms such as Clay.

• A builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to operate as the sole demand generation owner initially.

Bonus points

• Experience building a marketing function from zero to one and scaling it at a startup.

• Experience in fintech, finance infrastructure, or another complex enterprise software category.

• A background that combines strong training at a scaled company with hands-on startup execution.

Location and work model

• Full-time, on-site role in the Flatiron neighborhood of New York City.

• Five days per week in the office.

• Visa sponsorship and visa transfers are available.

• Relocation assistance is available.

Benefits

• $150,000 to $225,000 base salary.

• Competitive equity.

• Visa sponsorship and visa transfers are available.

• Relocation assistance is available.
